Refund Policy

NB: If you believe there is an error in your order or if there is a defect in the item received, you do not need to return the item to us. We will talk with you in order to manage it with us.

In any other case, here's how to request an exchange or a refund:

Our exchange and return policy is very simple: if you don't like it, you return it to us.

Put the garment back in the original packaging and VERY IMPORTANT: write us an email of what you want: a exchange or a refund. 


You have 15 calendar days to make the return or exchange, from the date of receipt of the order.

1) INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGE (SIZE, MODEL, DESIGN)


If this is for a exchange, please tell us what you want by writing us by email (info@ryuu.it) these information:

  1. Your personal details (full name, email, mobile phone)
  2. Order number
  3. Desired change (size, color, model...): If it is a change of design, better if you indicate the URL (web address of the new design)



Note: Shipping costs 
from your home to us are at your own expense (the cost of sending you the change is covered by us). 

We recommend you the cheapest method of delivery.

 

 2) INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS (REFUNDS)

If you would like to request a refund, we will refund the amount to your credit/debit card.

To request the return of the order within the indicated term of 15 calendar days, put the item back in the original package and by mail please tell us that you want a REFUND and you must tell us :

  1. Your personal details (full name, email, mobile phone)
  2. Order number
